Window Before Grill
uPVC window installation MUST be completed before any external grill (security grill / MS grill) is fixed.
Grill Already Installed
If the grill is already fixed, uPVC window installation becomes difficult and may require grill removal or modification.
Contractor Coordination Required
Coordinate with the fabricator / civil contractor to ensure uPVC window installation is completed before grill fixing.
Critical: If uPVC windows are ordered after grill installation, site inspection is mandatory. Grill removal or modification and additional fabrication may be required at the client’s cost.

Important
Wall thickness must be measured after plaster / cladding is completed. If measured earlier, allow extra 20–25 mm for finishes.
Wall Taper & Opening Irregularities

Frequently Asked Questions – Site Specifications
What happens if wall taper is more than 2 mm per side?
We need to know before order confirmation. Our engineers will adjust the frame design or suggest site rectification. Extra charges may apply for non‑standard taper.
Can you install windows if the external grid is already fixed?
It depends on the grid type and access. In most cases, grid removal or modification is required. We strongly recommend a site survey before proceeding.
Who is responsible for glass breakage after delivery?
Glass is fragile. Once delivered to site, client is responsible for safe storage. We offer protective packaging and handling guidelines.
How long do we have to remove the protective film?
Within 30 days of installation. After that, UV exposure may make removal difficult. We are not liable for bonded film.
Is scaffolding provided by your team?
No, scaffolding / safe access must be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed in the quotation.
Can we request design changes after order confirmation?
Changes requested within 24 hours of confirmation may be possible. After that, cancellation / re‑fabrication charges apply.
