Each design carries its own code and the full cut list behind it — the frame section it comes off, the reinforcement inside it, the hardware it runs on, every part under the item code the works orders it by. It is what the quotation software prints, not what a salesperson remembers.

Why Prominance

The four things we get asked about most.

Every part is on the quote

The quotation software prints the full cut list per window — every profile with its item code, every screw, every metre of gasket, the reinforcement in each member and the weight of each shutter. Ask for the Design Assembly Report against your quote number and you get the same sheet the works cuts from.

Where the material comes from

Profile is Prominance, bought direct: the 62 mm casement and 2-track sections, the 93 mm 2.5-track and the 112 mm 3-track. Hardware is Prominance throughout — touch lock, pop-up handle, single wheel, friction stay — under the codes printed on the BOQ. Nothing is substituted for a cheaper equivalent without your written approval on the order.

Sizes are quoted, not estimated

Each design here lists the sizes it has actually been built at. Every Prominance profile is stocked in one 5.8 m bar, which is the real ceiling on a single unit — anything wider is coupled, and the coupler is a line on the quote like everything else.

Steel where the load is

Galvanised reinforcement goes into the frame and the sash, not just the frame: RI 14.5 × 30.5 in a sliding outer, RI 33 × 36 × 27.5 in the sliding sash, RI 34.5 × 22.5 C-section in a casement frame and a box section in its mullion. It is screwed in before the unit is glazed, and the cut lengths are on the report.
