Delete Your Data

If you have contacted us on WhatsApp or through this website and you want your number and your messages gone from our systems, you can have that. It is free, you do not need a reason, and asking does not affect any order you have placed with us.

What We Actually Hold

Not much, and only what the conversation needed:

• Your WhatsApp phone number, or the contact details you typed into an enquiry form.
• The messages you sent and the replies we sent back.
• Processing logs of those messages.
• Short-lived technical records — the message queue and usage counters keyed to your number.

We do not store your WhatsApp display name, and we do not download photos, voice notes or files you send. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy.

What Happens Next

• Within 48 hours we acknowledge your request.
• Within 7 working days we run the deletion and confirm it to you.

We delete, in one operation:

• Your entire chat history with the assistant.
• The processing logs for those messages.
• Anything of yours still waiting in the message queue.
• The usage counters keyed to your number.

After that, the assistant has no memory of you. If you message again later, it starts from nothing — like a first-time conversation.

What Deletion Does Not Reach

We would rather be straight with you about the limits.

• Your own phone. The chat stays in your WhatsApp until you delete it there. That copy is yours, not ours.
• Meta’s copy. WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and whatever they retain on their own servers is governed by WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. We cannot delete data from Meta’s systems, and neither can any other business you message.
• Backups.Copies may persist in encrypted database backups until those rotate — never more than 30 days. They are not accessible to our team in the ordinary course, and they are never restored to bring a deleted conversation back.
• Anonymous technical records. We keep bare message IDs for up to 2 days to stop a network retry from producing a duplicate reply. These are random identifiers with no name, number or content attached, so they identify nothing about you.
• Business records, if you became a customer. Quotations, invoices, warranty records and related documents are records we are required to retain under Indian tax and company law. Your chat data is still deleted; those separate records stay for as long as the law requires. If you want to know exactly what we hold in that category, ask and we will tell you.

While You Are At It

The same three routes work for the rest of your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct something wrong, or withdraw your consent entirely. Same contacts, same 7 working days.
